      •  Initiating a disciplinary hearing: investigations, evidence, and charge formulation

      •  The law of evidence: admissibility, cross-examination, and case presentation

      •  Chairing disciplinary hearings: fair procedures, sanctions, and appeal processes

      •  Managing poor performance through counselling, coaching, and mentoring

      •  Addressing medical incapacity and prolonged illness in the workplace

      •  Practical role-play of a disciplinary hearing
